People celebrating a birthday of 90 or more years, or a wedding anniversary of 50 or more years, can receive personal congratulations from myself, the Premier, the Prime Minister, the Governor-General, and in some instances, the King!
Local RSL sub-branches, Rotary and Lions Clubs and other community organisations can receive a State Flag on request. All requests must be made in writing and forwarded to northerntablelands@parliament.nsw.gov.au or PO Box 77, ARMIDALE NSW 2350
